Being in a car accident is a scary situation and dealing with the aftermath is extremely overwhelming. Knowing that all parties involved were all physically unharmed leaves only the damage to the vehicle to tell the story. For me personally, my Suburban is precious and a very important asset to my life. Seeing all the damage and non-workable parts left me with major stress and anxiety. Of course my initial reaction is who will I be able to trust to diagnose the damage in full? Who will be able to have my vehicle working n looking just as it did prior to the accident? Can this be done in a reasonable time frame? Will the repairs be done correctly and have my family’s best interest and safety in mind? Once the work is completed can I still rely on the shop to take care of my vehicle if there are reoccurring issues on said repairs?
I decided to call my friend Mikell Leyba who recently had damage to her Jaguar S 4.0 repaired at his shop. She was very satisfied with the quality of service she had received from KK Collision Center. I instantly remembered how courteous the owner John was and the excellent condition her vehicle was in upon pick up. Hearing the panic in my voice, she gave me his number and told me not to worry that he would take care of everything and to call right away.
From the moment I spoke to John, he made me feel like fixing my suburban was important to him and made a priority. He was getting ready to leave for the day but insisted on waiting for me to bring my vehicle in so he could estimate all damages, cost and repairs. Once I arrived at his shop it was only a matter of time before he had diagnosed the damage made from the accident and had all my questions answered. I was especially enthusiastic about the way he proudly stood by his lifetime warranty on all repairs made. His concern for repairing all damages and his courteous professionalism finally put me at ease. I greatly appreciated how right away he sensed my Suburban meant a great deal to me and would do everything possible to make me a happy again. He even went out of his way to personally refer me to the closest car rental agency, Enterprise, and gave me his word that I would be treated fairly there as well. I was under the impression that they knew of him and respected his work. I even felt like Enterprise went out of their way to satisfy all my car rental needs. Hmmm…possibly due to being referred by John??? About a week later, I was called into pick up my Suburban and was astonished by the repairs and also the cleaning detail he had done to make my vehicle beautiful again.
John with all that said, I just want to add a THANK YOU!!! You and your team made this experience as painless as possible. You have created a loyal, lifetime customer. I have no problem coming back if needed for future repairs and I will definitely refer you to my family and friends.Monica,
